Wireless Immobilizer Genie Card

The Genie™ system comprises a set of 1-4 proximity cards and a miniature engine blocker (cut unit) that are connected by RF (2.4 GHz Radio Frequency). The engine blocker is an unobtrusive electric unit installed in the vehicle in such a way that it looks like an original part of the vehicle. Its primary goal is to prevent the engine from running in the absence of the required Genie™ card. The Genie™ card must be carried by the authorized driver in an unseen place on his body.

Hijacking Prevention:

When a hijacking event occurs and the engine blocker installed in the vehicle loses contact with the Genie™ card, the system will stop vehicle's engine after the vehicle has passed a predefined distance or pre defined time interval (to decrease risk of driver's life) and the vehicle's speed has reached zero (to increase driver's safety). Engine restart will only be possible when the Genie™ card is detected by the system.
